Point no-1: ASANA MEANING

Eg: Representation of posture in daily life or scriptures.

Point no-2: FINAL POSE

Eg: Synchronize the movements with breath.

Point-3: ADJUSTING CLUE

Eg: Self adjustment with own body parts like twist the spine with every exhalation, untwist while inhalation.

Point-4: CONSTANT FOCUS

Eg: Focusing on internal organs or chakras for spiritual growth.

Point-5: OBSERVE IN RELAX

Eg: Feel the reduction of thoughts and silenced mind.
