Inhale raise the arm, exhale while bringing it towards chest.
Point-4: EXECUTION
Eg:
step wise instructions to final pose and maintain for 5 to 10 breaths.
Point-5: OBSERVE IN RELAX

Feel the pains, stretch, and thoughts.
